Stamatis restaurant is the longest established restaurant in Batsi, Andros.It is recommended by many guidebooks all over the world.The site it stands on used to be a lemon grove.The restaurant opened in 1965 and is now run by the 2nd generation of owners,It remains open all year round.Its cuisine is based on local produce, traditional Greek Aegean recipes, fresh vegetables and fish.The wine list is extended and is based on excellent Cycladic wine labels.
